Allegations against Zarin and Brody

The complaint accuses Zarin and her partner Gary Brody of using corporate funds for personal expenses, diverting investor money, forming a separate entity called GNG Enterprises FL and selling a device named Go-No-Go using Pickle Pro’s intellectual property and Springer’s contributions. Springer says he has been excluded from profits and blocked from company accounts.

Relief sought and fallout

Springer asks the court for injunctive relief, respect for his ownership stake and compensation, including attorneys' fees. His lawyer says Springer wants to be "compensated adequately" and remains open to a reasonable resolution. Representatives for Zarin and Brody could not be reached. The suit comes months after Zarin was dropped from E!'s The Golden Life following controversial comments about Bad Bunny’s 2026 Super Bowl performance, a decision announced by Blink49 Studios.
