Influencer Kelly Schneider Drops 'Coastal Caviar' Name After Trademark Fight — Hello Club Coastal

Why the rebrand?

In an April 19 TikTok video Kelly and Colt said they would switch the brand to Club Coastal. Though they maintained their belief in their position, they said continuing the fight would cost too much time and resources. Both parties filed a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice that was signed by a judge on April 21.

What comes next

Kelly, through her attorney, expressed gratitude for the outpouring of support and said the same people and vision will power the newly named Club Coastal. The couple has begun updating their website and social accounts; PEOPLE also requested comment from Lagos’s legal team.
